"From the start of the process I was invited to an open day at Carpeo which gave me a feel for the people and the work involved, I found this very relaxed and informative even though I had no experience they made me feel very welcome and supported, then I was invited to an interview with contact corp which was also very relaxed and helpful and the people at contact corp helped me to prepare for a 2nd interview with Carpeo themselves. The online sales scenario was very straightforward and gave me a taste of what is expected at Carpeo, subsequently, the interview with Carpeo was excellent and I felt well prepared and relaxed throughout.
