WHAT IS NEEDED
Your referral needs to complete 12 weeks of continuous placement within a client of ContactCORP, with no unauthorised absences during this time. In order to submit a referral, we need their full name and contact details in order to screen the candidate prior to shortlisting for interviews.
WHO CAN I RECOMMEND
It could be a friend, family member, or even someone great you found on a job board discussion.
WHO CAN'T I RECOMMEND
A former employee either permanent or an agency worker, who has left in the previous 12 months.
A person who has previously applied for the role but declined an offer from the company.
Someone who is recruited but doesn't successfully complete their 12-week initial period of assignment.
An individual who has made an application which has been received by the company before the referral was made.
