ContactCORP are looking for a Skilled Workshop Operative to join our client, a street design company in Wiltshire on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will have strong experience in workshops and be capable with drills and woodworking tools. Candidates must have their own transport. The successful candidate will be paid £12.50 an hour.
Duties of the Skilled Workshop Operative role:
- Perform a variety of workshop tasks, such as assembly and cutting to fulfil product orders
- Be involved in the processing of timber
- Be involved in the assembly of products
- Make use of workshop tools in a safe and efficient manner
- General workshop duties, including housekeeping
What we're looking for:
- Strong workshop experience
- Carpentry experience; specifically using drills, routers, saws and pillar drills
- Able to work in a small team in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Must own transport due to client location
Additional Info:
- £12.50 an hour
- Based in Chelworth, Malmesbury
- Standard shift: 8am – 5pm
- 40 hours per week
