Sales Administrator - Berkshire

Our Client works within the Renewable Energy sector, designing and manufacturing hydrogen  refuelling systems. These designs and products are put into use nationally to provide a clean alternative solution for business and leisure.

 The ideal candidate for Sales Administrators role must have excellent organisation skills and passion for customer service.

Main purpose of the role is to provide vital support to the fuel cells and hydrogen market sales teams by managing customer enquiries, reporting sales related data and facilitating communication between the different departments to ensure customer requirements have been met.

The Sales Administrator will:

  • Manage all customer enquiries via the enquiries in-box and/or in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Update CRM (NetSuite) and distribute enquiry to the relevant individual for action and follow up.
  • Collaborate with other departments and/or individuals to ensure a timely and accurate customer response.
  • Ensure that CRM (NetSuite) is updated with latest up to date information by gathering updates from both  sales teams.
  • Prepare quotations , seeking support where necessary to ensure information is accurate.
  • Complete supplier forms as requested i.e. credit application forms, credit checks etc.
  • Dealing with customer issues such as transport/delivery issues, incorrect shipments etc.
  • Assist with the production of weekly sales reports.
  • Send order acknowledgement.
  • Process Sales Orders
  • Develop standard processes for team activities.

  • Proficient with using Office 365 – any CRM database knowledge would be a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail.

 

Additional information:

  • £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience
  • Monday to Friday; 09:00 – 17:30
  • Based in Hungerford, Berkshire
