ContactCORP are looking for a Junior Bricklayer to join our client on their exclusive project in the Bath / Bristol area. The successful candidate will have previous experience in labouring and bricklaying and will be available to start ASAP. The successful candidate will be paid £17 an hour.
Duties of the Junior Bricklayer role:
- General assistance to the bricklayer including assisting with bricklaying work to create and maintain structures, walls, chimneys and foundations, using various types of blocks, tiles, boards, and stone.
- Mixing muck
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Working with your own initiative
What we're looking for:
- Experience with brickwork/rockwork is highly desirable, including pointing
- Proven experience working on site
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of general process of bricklaying
- Keen eye for detail
Additional Info:
- £17 an hour
- Based within approx. 15 miles of Chippenham, Bath & Bristol
- 45 hours per week
- Any licenses must be provided up front
