Dan has created a client profile which includes detailed demographic and psychographic traits for yielding ideal, qualified new starters with the best retention rates - resulting in synergised workers with ALDI's work culture. He also adapts artwork, optimises pages and ads, produces print and email campaigns, adapting phraseology and page layouts to maximise engagement and appeal to target candidates. ANALYTICS AND EXPERIENCE
After obtaining a decent portfolio of candidates, our system categorises candidates by viability based on metrics including geolocation, engagement, qualifications, experience, and more. Olga then begins contacting candidates, arranging recruiter interviews where she will ask them a series of prequalifying questions, gauging responses and talking through their relevant experience using her sound industry knowledge and personal relationship with ALDI. Once seen, our selects will be forwarded on to ALDI for a group or one-on-one interview.
