Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Swindon

Salary:  £7.83 p/h

Contract: Temporary  

Hours: Part time at 18 hours - Monday – Friday shifts between 8:00-18:00 i.e 8:00 – 10:00/11:00 and 11:30/13:00 – 18:00

Core Responsibilities and Experience Required:

•       Delivering excellent customer service by telephone.

•       Achieving set targets

•       Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably gained at Contact/Call centre

•       Good level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Salesforce systems and New Voice Media system)

•       Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and detail orientated yet see the bigger picture
