ContactCORP are recruiting for our client who supplies hydrogen power for a new generation of green transport. They are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their client's small and friendly team. Working in tandem with like-minded and focused individuals to achieve goals and targets at their Hungerford office. Helping our customers to identify their needs and purchase products.
Duties also include selling, restocking and merchandising. Our client's goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales.
Responsibilities Include:
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Achieving budget goals set for year
• Accurately describing product features and benefits
• Maintaining stock levels and visual merchandising standards
• Ascertaining customers’ needs and requirements
• Helping with point-of-sale processes
• Being proactive in finding new customers
• Actively being involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Keeping up to date with product information
• Calculating business trends and analysing market trends
• Monitoring competition and following current developments
The successful candidate will have the following:
• Proven working experience in sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer services practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
