Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Assistant
Location: Marlborough SN8
Salary: £22,000 Per Annum
Hours: Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Main duties include:
- Liaise with Sales Managers to ensure the correct information is obtained from customers, e.g. P.O. numbers, hosting fee options
- Create order form for the Finance Department and close Opportunities in CRM
- Ensure delivery of invoice and licence to customers
- Manage the licensing process for assigned Sales team members
- Act as a main point of liaison for assigned customers
- Efficiently respond to related enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure signed agreements are appropriately archived and maintained
- Set up access to purchasers in admin tool
- Follow up on unsigned licence agreements · Manage Trial Inbox
- Facilitate the smooth-running of trial procedures and dissemination to Sales Managers
- Analyse and report on data relating to trials, making recommendations for improvements to processes
- Regularly update the CRM database in line with targets set on a monthly basis by the Sales Support Manager
- Liaise with CRM Assistants to ensure CRM information is clear, accurate and in line with company requirements
Customer Support
- Contribute to the continued provision of excellent customer service
- Provide customer support to assigned customers and respond to all queries in a timely manner
- Liaise with the Editorial and Outreach team to develop product knowledge
Sales Support
- Trips - creation, emails, invites, trip reports, follow ups etc.
- Opportunities – create and maintain opportunities for assigned sales team
- Produce ad-hoc sales related spreadsheets
- Send publicity materials as necessary
- Produce PowerPoint presentations as required
Additional duties:
- Provide back-up support for Sales Support team to cover holidays, sickness, or extended leave.
