Role overview:
Our client a large facilities management company, who are looking for Industrial Site Cleaning Operatives. Our client is going through a period of growth and are wanting to add local talent to their staffing pool. Hourly salary is £9.50 per hour and a mileage allowance of 30P per mile. Paid weekly. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great team. This role could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Purpose of the role:
To provide industrial site cleaning to new build housing sites throughout Swindon and Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industrial cleaning of houses after the building teams have finished their work
- Industrial cleaning after repairs to houses
- Cleaning offices and different areas within the building site
- Other duties as set out by your line manager
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
- Must have full license and use of their own of their vehicle
- Previous Cleaning experience desirable but a good attitude and desire is just as important
- Must have their own safety shoes
- Good spoken and written communication
