Job title: Outbound Customer Service Consultant

Location: Swindon

Salary: £8.21

Type: Temp

Hours: Monday to Friday 16.00 – 20.00


Purpose of the role: Making outbound calls to provide assistance to both Markers and schools regarding the KS2 National Curriculum tests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Give accurate information in accordance with information provided by the client.
  • Ensure calls are answered with wait times less than 15 seconds.


Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

  • Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems.
  • Computer literate
  • Good spoken/written communication


Campaign overview:

This is an educational campaign based around providing help and information to schools who provide KS2 National Curriculum Tests and the markers who mark them.


Training Overview: Training will be about 1 hour prior to going on the phones.


Holiday Restrictions: No Holiday can be taken during first 2 weeks.
