ContactCORP are currently recruiting for hybrid working customer service retention advisors for our prestigious client based in Swindon, Wiltshire. We are looking to recruit flexible, enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated individuals to work within the Group. Ideally you will live within a 20mile radius of Swindon (SN1)

What does being a customer service retentions advisor involve?

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via telephone and online
  • Establish and qualify customer needs
  • Outbound prospecting to existing customers
  • Handle customer objections to convert enquiries to appointments
  • Enhancing existing customer data/ capturing new customers data
  • Meet productivity expectations of volume and results as outlined in monthly performance reviews
  • Maintain and adhere to service levels
  • Be a flexible team player and be available to suit business hours
  • Maintain and adhere to call quality standards
  • Effective enquiry management

Customer service retentions advisor experience and qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high volume, telephone-based environment is essential
  • Experience working within a customer-focused environment
  • Strong telephone handling experience
  • Experience within a targeted environment

Desirable

  • Use of CISCO phone systems/consoles or similar
