While prior experience in car sales is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a strong passion for cars and sales, offering extensive training and development opportunities.
Car Sales Executive Duties:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing professional guidance and recommendations on suitable vehicles.
- Conducting test drives and showcasing vehicle features to highlight their benefits.
- Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring prompt and courteous responses at all times.
- Negotiating sales prices and preparing sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the finance department to assist customers in securing suitable financing options.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
