Location: Swindon

Salary: £7.83 - £12.00ph

Type: Temporary

Hours: Monday – Sunday (5 days worked with 2 off) Set shifts for AM, PM and nights

 

About the role:

Your role will be to offer the best possible customer service. Due to the environment, we expect you to meet high standards for quality and quantity and work in a systematic, methodical and orderly way. The role will require you to offer clear and provide advice to callers as well as use your initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

·         To meet daily and weekly targets

·         Navigate around various systems

·         Providing best possible customer service
