We here at ContactCORP have embraced the Government Kickstart scheme with open arms welcoming Jaydan Gibbons and Chloe Wickens into our team!
What is the Kickstart Scheme
The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year-olds, giving them experience in a secure contract position with a range of employers. Kickstart is for individuals who are on Universal Credit who are at risk of long-term unemployment.
Once a one-to-one work with children with disabilities. Jaydan fell victim to the Coronavirus pandemic after being made redundant during the corporate panic and bouts of mass layoffs. He is now a valued member of our team, helping out around the office with a smile. Jaydan’s willingness to learn and relaxed persona makes him a great addition to our group, bringing an air of chilled vibes to an otherwise fast paced environment.
Chloe has loved working with computers since spending her breaks perfecting her understanding of IT at school. With previous experience in the field and with her contract ended, Chloe has landed into an environment that will both nurture and expand her knowledge of computing and software. She has already expressed great interest in helping both our recruiters with admin duties as well as marketing where she can develop her coding and creative skillsets.
A look into the future
Jaydan isn’t sure what direction he wants to take his career. In an environment like ContactCORP, he is open to a mixture of experiences that will hopefully inspire him to aspire in a field that suits him. Chloe will have access to as much administrative duties and computer literacy development skills as she can handle with a surplus of tasks from our various departments. This experience will solidify them as valued assets to any team, we are proud to be an integral component in their professional and personal development and look forward to every day we have with these two bright and passionate individuals.
