Supervisor

 

 

It is a Supervisors responsibility to manage the Team Leaders directly and therefore the Team Leaders will report to the Supervisors.

In some cases, a Supervisor may need to manage multiple campaigns depending on the size of the overall campaign itself. Supervisors will report directly to Human Resources or the Call Centre Manager.  

 

 

 

What you will be doing

 

You will be responsible for organising and directing the Team Leaders assessing their work and giving them feedback to maximise the performance of the overall Call Centre.

Your goal should be to achieve and drive excellent performance from your team to ensure it brings sustainable business growth for the business.

You will be involved in hiring new members of staff and it will be your responsibility to manage and prepare monthly performance reports, which you will then report back to the Call Centre Manager.

 

The other information…

 

Hours of work are sometimes from 9 am – 5 pm or you may have your hours split into shifts to meet the needs of the campaign, this will always be discussed at interview stage.

This job is ideal for people who are strong communicators gets along with people. You must ensure that your teams are meeting targets and you will then need to prepare reports to support this.

You must ensure that employees adhere to policies for attendance and ensure you follow up with anyone who isn’t following procedure.

It will be your responsibility to formulate targets for individuals and teams.

Promotion would be up to Management level.
