A Customer Service Agent interacts with customers on behalf of a company. He or She may work directly for that company or for an independent agency whose clients are the companies.

A Customer Service Agent is one of the most important members of a business’ team. As they are normally the only form of communication between customer and business. 

 

 

What you will be doing

You will be dealing with customers query’s and answering their questions with the aim of achieving excellent customer service and enabling the customer to have a pleasant experience.

You will be handling problems, answering questions and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the service and that their problem has been resolved. 

 

The other information…

This type of job operates as a 24-hour operation across the country due to the need of the customer, however, the majority of customer service call centres operate between 6 am – 9 pm.

It is a job where you will be working with a team of engaged and motivated individuals!

Promotion is always possible for the right individual! Call centres tend to promote from within and love people who understand the campaign and is a real team player.

This type of role is a great learning curve for people looking to build more confidence and gain a greater understanding of customer service on all levels.
