Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Swindon
Salary: £17,000 - 26,000OTE
Hours: 36 Hours - Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 08.30 – 17.00 Friday 08.30 – 15.00

Core Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service by telephone, email and webchat.
- Providing customer with a solution to their query while engaging them with the service.
- Achieving set targets relating to 1st call resolution, productivity and Quality assessment expectations.
- Take ownership of resolution without the need to pass the enquiry on to other teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably gained at Contact/Call centre
- Good level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Salesforce systems and New Voice Media system)
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and detail orientated yet see the bigger picture
