Job Title: Sales Consultant – Rated People Campaign Salary: Starting at £8.21 per hour, with the opportunity to increase this to £9 and £10 per hour respectively, based on performance related targets.
Hours: Shift work between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

The Campaign
Rated People is a website for Tradesmen to join on a subscription basis that offers the Tradesman a company page and credits that allow them to apply for jobs in their area posted on the Rated People website.
The Role
The Sales team carry out a blended operation, the primary outbound sales channel for the entire Rated People Operation responsible for new business as well as engagement and up-selling for the existing customer base.
The team deal with a combination of warm and cold B2B sales through many different channels, such as outbound calling, inbound sales enquiries and direct response to website enquiries and other marketing campaigns such as advertising and social media. Core Responsibilities:
• Outbound calling trades-persons to provide membership to the Rated People platform.
• Processing of inbound calls providing information relating to the membership service.
• Sign customers up to Rated People.
• Quality assessment expectations.
• Ability to meet sales based targets.
• Upsell to existing members.
• High level of product knowledge.
The Person:
• Previous experience within a sales focused environment.
• Flexible with the ability to think and act fast.
• Good level of computer literacy, with good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to anticipate and handle objections
. • Good problem solving ability.
• Target driven, results focused with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and written.
