Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Swindon
Salary: £10.00
Hours: Monday – Friday on rotational shifts early and late shifts
Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor for their busy Site based in Swindon
To be effective within this position the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Duties will include:
- Daily Monitor and issue jobs
- Manage employee performance
- Meeting targets define for the department
- Provide training
- Provide assistance and support
- Ensure quality checks are being done
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed
- Delegate tasks
Essential Skills:
- Organized, focused and hardworking
- Good co-ordination skills, able to prioritise, multi task and work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
