Job title: Outbound Sales Consultant
Location: Newport
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Thurs 11.00 – 20.00, Friday 10.00 – 19.00, Saturdays 09:00 – 14:00
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have previous Call Centre experience and be very adaptable with great communication skills. Upselling / lead generation experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be working within a busy sales environment, you’ll need to be a self-motivated and target driven.
Responsibilities:
Calling a database to offer services
Proactively upselling
Providing unbeatable customer service
Being part of a highly professional office-based team working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Successfully achieving sales and productivity targets.
The job will include:
Sharing excellent product knowledge and having an awareness of competitor offers
Promote the full range of our clients services to prospective customers
Liaising with existing and prospective customers via outbound calling, web chat and email to encourage customers to switch energy suppliers
Attract new business and generate leads for future business
