Our client Sytner Mercedes-Benz are looking for customer aftersales advisors with experience who want to work remotely to complete full-time hours. We're looking for people with the willingness to learn and progress to join their busy, fun and close team for their contact centre.
The role involves receiving inbound calls / making outbound calls to customers to ensure that a gold standard service is being provided to all of its customers. You will be booking customers in for servicing, MOTs, repairs, air conditioning services and tests drives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a high volume, telephone-based environment is essential
Experience working within a customer-focused environment
Strong telephone handling experience
Experience within a targeted environment
