ContactCORP are recruiting for our client who supplies hydrogen power for a new generation of green transport. They are looking for an experienced Inventory and Sales Administrator to join their small and friendly team, working in tandem with like-minded and focused individuals to achieve goals and targets at their Hungerford office. Maintaining close contact with supplier to ensure the sales team is well-equipped with knowledge on stock and lead times.
Also working as a support administrator for all things to do with the stock, quotes and in-house communication of all incoming goods and orders. Our client's goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales.
Responsibilities Include:
- Requesting all stock orders to ensure inventory is maintained at healthy levels.
- Responsible for overseeing end to end Pro Forma invoice processes.
- Keeping track of all orders placed, estimated dispatch and arrival dates and tracking purchase orders through to close.
- Raising all Sales Orders and sending order acknowledgements – ensuring all information is correct.
- Monthly/Bimonthly stock takes.
- Sending quotes for the Sales team and the Projects team.
- Communicating all physical stock adjustments to finance team.
- Initial support with enquiries before forwarding to most suitable point of contact.
- Shared responsibility for the logging of incoming goods.
- Responsible for maintenance of order backlog.
- Creating ongoing reviews of freight/product costs and communicating any changes to customers.
- Dealing with any new supplier/credit application forms.
- Keeping customer information up-to-date for the purpose of follow-ups.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven working experience in inventory management and/or sales administration
- Solid understanding of inventory management process and systems of communication and record keeping
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
