Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with fantastic  organisational skills and aspirations to join and grow with their tech start-up business. 

The successful candidate will be working closely with the CEO and Senior Management to support the day to day running of the business. Whilst challenging, this position will be extremely rewarding for the right individual. 

Highly driven by data and results, the role will help shape the operational processes within the business as the client continues to scale.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         The Senior Operations Manager will assist the CEO in day to day running of the business

·         Provide support to C-level stakeholders to help deliver strategic objectives 

·         Gather, analyse and report on business data to help support key business and strategic decision making, including setting OKR data

·         Work closely with our Chief People Officer (HR & culture) and Financial Controller

·         Improve internal processes

·         Drive continuous improvement and process change across the business

·         Help promote a company culture that encourages high performance and morale

 

Requirements

·         An ambitious and trustworthy individual with a strong backbone for operational efficiency, operating at the start-up pace

·         An entrepreneurial hunger to progress a career at the company and to develop key skills and knowledge across the entire business

·         3+ years of management and operational experience implementing process change

·         An Operations Manager with experience working in a start-up/ small business environment

·         High level understanding of all business functions including governance, compliance, HR, finances, office management etc

·         Ability to build consensus relationships among managers, partners, and employees

·         Results-oriented, dependable with self-management autonomy
