The role
The role would suit someone who is focused on delivering excellent Customer Service, engaging the customer whilst resolving queries and reducing the number of cancellations.


Core responsibilities
• Saving and re-engaging customers.
• Delivering excellent customer service by telephone, email and webchat
• Re-engaging the customer with the service while providing a solution for any potential issues.
• Achieving set targets relating to 1st call resolution, average handling time and Quality assessment expectations.
• Taking ownership of leaving relevant notes/ updating the systems.
• Effective handling of all customer request, taking ownership and providing a solution for any potential issues.


The person
• Experience within Customer Service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Ability to think and act fast.
