Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Swindon

Salary: Starting salary £7.83 p/h for the first 6 weeks then able to earn up to £9.33 linked to performance (£ 18 193.50 per annum)

Hours: 37.5 - Working Hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 8:00 to 18:00 with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 8, hours being 10 to 18.30 with a day off in lieu.

The Campaign

Rated People is a website for Tradesmen to join on a subscription basis that offers the Tradesman a company page and credits that allow them to apply for jobs in their area posted on the Rated People website.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service by telephone, email and webchat.

  • Providing customer with a solution to their query while engaging them with the service.

  • Achieving set targets relating to 1st call resolution, productivity and Quality assessment expectations.

  • Take ownership of resolution without the need to pass the enquiry on to other teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably gained at Contact/Call centre.

  • Good level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Salesforce systems and New Voice Media system).

  • Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and detail orientated yet see the bigger picture.
