Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Consultant
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary: £9.25 p/h
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Maximum hours would be Monday 5.30 pm – 9.00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm, Thursday 5.30 pm – 9.00 pm Friday 5.00 pm – 9.00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 3.00 pm 8.00 pm. This equates to 27 hours per week and will reduce to 19 hours after 2 months to 19 hours.
ContactCorp is currently recruiting for a professional Part Time Customer Service Consultant for our clients out of hour service.
Core Responsibilities:
To contact and qualify leads, as they come in, during non-business hours.
The individual will contact leads as they come in by email, qualifying at a top-line level, recording status using online spreadsheet and setting up a next day call back.
