Job Title: Customer Success Consultant – Rated People Campaign

Location: Swindon

Salary: £7.50 per hour 

Hours: Shift work between 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday, with rotational Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 6:30pm with a rota day off in the week.

Type: Permanent

 

The role

Taking inbound calls, which include but are not limited to queries/complaints received by tradesmen registered on Rated People as well as customers to said tradesmen. They also respond to emails.

 

Core Responsibilities

         Delivering excellent customer service by telephone, email and webchat.

         Providing customer with a solution to their problem while engaging them with the service.

        Achieving set targets relating to 1st call resolution, average handling time and Quality assessment expectations.

         Taking ownership of leaving relevant notes/updating the systems.

         Handling any additional tasks set by a manager.

        Effective handling of all customer requests, where you have the system and knowledge capability take ownership of resolution without the need to pass the enquiry on to other teams. 

 

The Person

                     Experience within Customer Service preferably in a call centre environment.

                     Ability to meet deadlines.

                     Good level of computer literacy.

                     Previous complaint handling and retentions experience an advantage.

                     Salesforce experience an advantage.

                     Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and written.
