Job title:  Customer Service Advisor/Administrator

Location: Swindon & Surrounding Areas (must have own transport)

Salary: up to £22,000 DOE

Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

Role overview:

Our client is a successful delivery company providing services to the catering and hospitality sectors.  Our client is going through a period of growth and are looking to add a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator

Purpose of the role:

To Provide the best possible customer service to all customers.  To continue to build relationships with existing customers.  Providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/Outbound Customer Service
  • Office Administration
  • Other duties as set out by your line manager

Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience is essential
  • You must demonstrate a positive, can do attitude. 
  • Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident with Microsoft 365
  • A flexible approach and team player
  • Career progression
