Customer Engagement Specialist
We have a unique opportunity to join a new campaign that provides opportunities to earn a competitive basic salary of up to £19,500 p.a plus commission with an OTE of £26,000. The Role:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your role will involve outbound dialling to customers, using highly profiled data, to discuss brand new concepts for more affordable estate planning through a membership scheme. You will be responsible for managing your own customers’ accounts and will keep in regular update with customers to ensure continued satisfaction.
Skills and Qualities Needed:
Strong account management skills
Ability to build rapport with customers
Empathetic
Helpfulness and a passion for customer service
PC literacy
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 11:30am – 8:00pm, Friday 10:30am – 7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm.
