Job Title: Business Support Administrator

Location: Swindon

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5

Salary: £21K-£23K

 

Our client a financial wealth business is going through a rapid period of growth and are now seeking a full time administrator to join their team.  

 

Duties

 

  • Preparing relevant paperwork for client meetings.
  • Submitting online applications.
  • Processing Business and submit to providers
  • Answering the phone and be able to deal with client questions that are not advice based in a timely manner.
  • Collating research for recommendation.
  • Using quotation systems for Mortgage, Protection, Investment products.
  • Provide template suitability letters for the adviser to complete.
  • Maintain and update information held on the company’s back office system.
  • Sending client authorities to Providers and chasing the required information
  • Liaise with clients (verbal/written)
  • O&M Research
  • Buy / Sell upon client / adviser instruction
  • Checking cash balance reports
  • Liaise with Providers Verbal / Written
  • Handling of Deaths – Wills/Executors etc
  • Producing MI reports as requested by the adviser
