Job title: Business Support Administrator

Location: Ashton Keynes

Salary: £8.91 - £9.50 PH

Type:   Temporary

Hours: Full Time

 

Must have own transport due to location

 

Role overview:

Our client is a local holiday rental company who is looking for a competent Administrator on a temporary basis for one month starting 25/07, however the position may be extended longer dependent on business needs.

 

Purpose of the role:

Providing administration support within the Maintenance Department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting property owners regarding inventory
  • Stock take and stock control
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Ordering of stock
  • General Administration
  • Working in the maintenance team to update and input data information on maintenance jobs into our new database system
  • Working and manipulating excel spreadsheets to update maintenance jobs and ensure that they are on the database
  • Filing documentation appropriately
  • Occasionally answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate member of staff
  •  

 

Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

 

  • Team Player with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate especially with Excel
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence
