Role overview:
Our client is a local holiday rental company who is looking for a competent Administrator on a temporary basis for one month starting 25/07, however the position may be extended longer dependent on business needs.
Purpose of the role:
Providing administration support within the Maintenance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting property owners regarding inventory
- Stock take and stock control
- Updating spreadsheets
- Ordering of stock
- General Administration
- Working in the maintenance team to update and input data information on maintenance jobs into our new database system
- Working and manipulating excel spreadsheets to update maintenance jobs and ensure that they are on the database
- Filing documentation appropriately
- Occasionally answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate member of staff

Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
- Team Player with excellent communication skills
- Computer literate especially with Excel
- Must have a full UK Driving Licence
