IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - 2ND / 3RD LINE
Swindon based with occasional Newport travel
Seeking a 2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Technician to join an established team within a very busy environment.
This is a great opportunity to join a Company that are not only established within the Swindon area, but are currently expanding throughout the UK and South Wales.
Essential skills & experience: Office365, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Group Policy, Anti-Virus
Ideal skills & experience: Server 2012, Security Standards (PCI-DSS), CISCO
Experience and Competencies required:

In depth knowledge of Windows 7 & 8

Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Domain environments

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 2010/2013 specifically Excel

Knowledge of Anti-Virus systems and relevant security standards

Experience of WSUS (Windows Server Update Services)

Knowledge of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
